Cowboys fire special teams coach Bruce Read

The Cowboys fired special teams coach Bruce Read after two seasons with the cowboys organization. After they fired coach Read, no one was surprised, since they have struggled with special teams for a while. This isn’t the first time coach Phillips has fired the special teams coach for poor play. A blocked punt in overtime sent the Cowboys there second loss of the season, and put there punter on the injured reserve list. Everyone thinks that coach Phillips made a good choice, and no one is mad. Next season we will see if this helped the Cowboys or just put them in a worse position.
